We have two elegant and spacious bedrooms each with private luxury bathrooms. 
 If you are travelling with friends or family and are happy to share a bathroom with them, we have an extra bedroom available
 

There is a magnificent guest’s sitting room, with oak panelling to the walls and a feature open fireplace. 
 

 A door from this room leads into the conservatory where guests can enjoy their breakfast overlooking the gardens.
 

We have secure private parking and are within walking distance to Wokingham Town Centre and Railway Station.There are direct train links into London - Waterloo, Reading and Gatwick Airport.

We are convenient for M4 and M3 Motorways and close to Windsor, Ascot and Henley on Thames
